She spent half a decade teaching high school history in Oakland, CA, where her passion for creating equitable educational opportunities was ignited. Adam (Co-Founder & CEO) founded Pango in June 2018 after completing his MBA at Harvard Business School as a Fulbright Scholar. Prior to that he was the Director of Programmes for the Varkey Foundation, where he was responsible for running their aid-funded education projects in sub-Saharan Africa. Adam is a Teach First alumnus.

A former advertising creative, Rachel Renock quit her agency job at 25 in pursuit of more meaningful work.
